| Description: | Sited a plan for a large telecommunication transfer facility. The client was constructing facilities for fiber optic telecommunication throughout the United States. These facilities were junctions in the fiber optic network where telecommunication signals are received, transferred, and sent back to the network at a speed that provides seamless communications. These facilities must operate continuously during power failures and for long periods of time using emergency generators and storage batteries. Site development plans, erosion control plans, landscaping plans, and site work specifications for this Junction Facility were prepared. |
