| Description: | The client city received complaints that one of it's street culverts and a golf cart path culvert downstream form the street culvert were causing basement flooding during heavy rains because the design was wrong. Conducted a drainage study of the area and submitted a report to the City which confirmed the City's position that the culverts were not causing the reported basement flooding. |
