The plan was prepared to fulfill the requirements of the following rules and regulations: Oil Spill Prevention-Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan, 40 CFR 112; Hazardous Chemical and Hazardous Waste Release Prevention, CERCLA, 40 CFR 302; Extremely Hazardous Substance Release, SARA, 40 CFR 355; Hazardous Waste Release Prevention, RCRA, 40 CFR 265.50. A Slug Discharge Plan was also incorporated into the Contingency Plan in accordance with the City Pre-treatment Program Ordinance. |
