| Description: | Prepared Title V Operating Permit applications for a client's refineries in New York and Maryland. Previously a NOx RACT Plan was prepared for the Brooklyn Refinery. This included baseline emissions testing of three dual fueled boilers and char kilns, a combustion optimization program and evaluation of RACT strategies. At the Baltimore refinery, evaluated alternative strategies for maximizing flexibility of fuel choice, while complying with stringent city of Baltimore particulate emission restrictions as well as NOx RACT. |
